The Activity page

The Activity page lists recent changes across your organization in one table, so you can see what your team has been working on and jump straight to it.

Open the Activity page

  1. Go to Home.
  2. In the Recent activity card, click View all.

The Activity page has no sidebar entry. You can also go to /activity directly.

What the table shows

The page lists up to the 100 most recent changes, newest first, 10 to a page.

Column What it shows
Item The name of what changed, with an icon for its type. Click the name to open it.
Type The kind of item, plus a detail where there is one, such as an import’s phase or an ontology’s status.
When How long ago it changed. Hover for the exact date and time in your time zone.
By Who made the change, where Kenseme knows.

Click a column heading to sort by it.

Filter by type

Use the dropdown at the top right to show one kind of change:

  • Schema
  • Schema import
  • Ontology
  • Business process document
  • Pipeline

Choose All activity to see everything again. Changing the filter takes you back to the first page.

What the Activity page is not

The Activity page is a convenience feed, not an audit log. It shows the latest change to each schema, import, ontology, process document and Pipeline, based on the timestamps those items already keep. It doesn’t record every action, and it doesn’t include glossaries, attributes, users or settings.

Each item appears once, at its most recent change. To see how a schema changed over time, use schema versions.

When nothing has changed yet, the page shows No activity yet.
