In the app: Settings
Settings
Settings covers the organization as a whole. Billing & Plan and Organization Settings are visible to organization admins; System Administration is for site administrators only. If you don’t see an item in your sidebar, your role doesn’t include it.
Billing & Plan
Plans and pricing
What the Trial, Team, Business and Enterprise plans include: price, seats, relative AI usage and the premium features each one turns on.
Manage your plan and billing
Use the Billing & Plan page to see your plan, AI usage and seats, upgrade, add seats, buy usage packs, and cancel or resume your subscription.
AI usage allowance
How your monthly AI usage allowance is measured, what happens at 80% and 100%, and how usage packs top it up.
Invoices and payment
See your invoice history and next-invoice estimate, update your card in the Stripe billing portal, and learn what happens when a payment fails.
Account states and read-only mode
The states an organization’s subscription can be in, what read-only and suspended mean, how to spot them and how to get back to full access.
Organization Settings
What an organization is
The organization is the boundary around your schemas, ontologies, glossaries, people, and settings. Here’s what it contains and where you manage it.
Roles in Kenseme
What Admin, Read/Write, Read Only, and None allow in an organization, how per-schema overrides work, and how roles differ from a read-only organization.
Manage users in your organization
Change a member’s role, deactivate or reactivate them, and find people fast on the Users tab of Organization Settings.
Invite people to your organization
Send an invitation with a secure link, choose the role, copy the link to share another way, and resend or revoke invitations that haven’t been accepted.
Create and apply organization labels
Create colored labels once for the whole organization, then tag schemas with them so people can scan and group schemas at a glance.
Organization-wide settings
Set the organization’s name and email domain, default naming conventions for every schema, and how many rows the Data Agent may fetch.
Ontology settings
Set your organization’s ontology naming convention (Kenseme, OWL, or Fabric terms) and the default Base IRI that new ontologies start from.
Feature flags
Turn optional features such as Star Schema, the Data Agent, and Fabric Sync on or off for your organization, and see which ones your plan includes.
Review outgoing emails
See every email Kenseme sent for your organization, check whether it was delivered to the mail service, preview it, and resend one that failed.
Connections and credentials
Database connections overview
What a saved database connection is, which six systems Kenseme can connect to, and which features use a connection once it exists.
Add a database connection
Create, test, edit, and delete a connection to SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Databricks, and learn how Kenseme stores the credentials.
Fabric database connections
Add a Fabric Warehouse or Fabric Lakehouse connection by picking the item from your Fabric tenant. No connection string or password is stored.
Fabric credentials
Add the Microsoft Entra app registration Kenseme uses to reach your Microsoft Fabric tenant, test that it can see your workspaces, and remove it safely.
