Business Context is where your organization writes down what things mean. Glossaries hold governed business terms. Processes store the documents that describe how work gets done, searchable by meaning. Standards is a library of published industry models you can search and build on. Everything here feeds the AI features elsewhere in Kenseme, so the more you describe, the less the AI has to guess.

Glossaries

Business glossaries overview What a business glossary is in Kenseme, what a term carries, and where to start when you build your organization’s shared vocabulary. Create and edit a glossary Create a glossary, open its detail page, rename or describe it, choose its attribute groups, and delete it safely. Define a term Create a glossary term, write its definition and status, and add owners, experts, acronyms, and links on the term’s page. Relate terms to other terms Connect glossary terms with parent-child hierarchy, synonyms, acronyms, and described related-term links, across glossaries. Link terms to schema objects Connect a glossary term to the tables, columns, views, procedures, and functions where that concept lives in your schemas. Move and delete terms Move a term, with or without its child terms, to another glossary, and delete terms while choosing what happens to their children. Extract glossary terms from documents Use the Glossary Extractor to have AI read a document or pasted text and suggest candidate terms, then pick the ones to add to your glossary. Import and export a glossary Export glossaries to JSON or CSV, then import JSON or CSV files with a validation review before anything is written.

Processes

Process documents overview Processes is your organization’s library of business documents, converted to text, searchable by meaning, and available as context to Kenseme’s AI features. Upload and search documents Upload a business-process document, follow it through processing, and search every document in your organization by meaning. Work with a process document Use a process document’s page to edit its description, write guidelines for the AI, preview the converted text, and download, replace, re-process, or delete it.

Standards

Industry Standards overview The Standards library is a curated set of published industry standards your organization can enable, search, and use to ground or seed its ontologies. Search and use industry standards Search your enabled industry standards for classes, properties, and codes, and use a standard to ground an AI-generated ontology in published vocabulary. Import a standard as an ontology Turn an enabled industry standard, or only the part you need, into an ontology: an exact import for RDF standards or an agent-drafted model for the rest.
